With a portfolio of 350+ glass bottles and glass jars, and a presence across five countries globally and all 36 states of India, Ajanta Bottle fulfills glass packaging needs of all the leading food, beverages and pharmaceutical companies in India. The company has multiple warehouses located at Delhi, Roorkee and Mumbai.
Our products, services and brand have been built over a span of 40 years. We are known for having a strong foundation of ethics and integrity, consistent focus on automation and digitalization, and building and sustaining customer relationships for all these years. About 96% of our revenues come from repeat customers.
Ajanta Bottle Pvt. Ltd. is the authorised stockist for Hindusthan National Glass & Industries Limited (HNGIL), the largest glass packaging solution provider in India with a 65% market share. All glass bottles supplied by Ajanta Bottle are manufactured in Food Safety System Certification (FSSC) 22000 certified plants. Further, we ensure all bottles and jars do not contain lead and other heavy metals. For this, the bottles are tested regularly by renowned third-party external labs. All glass bottles are tested for United States Pharmacopeia (USP) Type II and Type III as per customer’s requirement.
Transparency, traceability and safety are our key focus areas. All our glass bottles and glass jars have the manufacturer's symbol, plant location, and mould number embossed to ensure complete traceability of the glass product. An assured quality level (AQL) document is shared with the customer to ensure complete transparency on the quality and consistency of glass bottles and jars. All dispatches of glass bottles and jars are accompanied with Certificate of Analysis (COA) to ensure adherence to the tight tolerances limits of the bottle and jars.
